Fully Automatic Ultrasonic Bonding
Fully automatic 10 × 10 × 9 bonding : The operations of the fully automatic bonding include initializing, positing and engaging the Multifunction Printing Head (MPH), force sensing to control the bonding normal force, wire feeding and aligning, ultrasonic bonding, and wire cutting. All the operations were carried out and coordinated by the CMRPS control module without human interaction or interruption.
